Volunteer drivers deliver the meals between the hours of 11:15 and 12:30 PM one day each week using their own vehicles and gasoline.
Delivery assistants ride with drivers and help deliver food at each location.
Kitchen volunteers help in the Ambler Hall kitchen from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m.
About 200 volunteers per week are needed to keep the meals on wheels rolling!
